Thank you for allowing us to inspect your home. During the inspection, we make every effort to respect your home and leave it as we found it. A thorough inspection requires that we look at everything in your home, some of which needs to be tested, opened and closed, or turned on and off. We try to put everything back to the original setting or condition.

Note: After the inspection, sellers often will choose us to inspect their new home.

The inspection is limited to those items which can be seen, accessed and/or operated by the inspector at time of inspection. Components cannot be thoroughly inspected, if in our opinion, doing so could be hazardous to us or cause damage to the property.
