Home Buyer’s Inspections

There is a house for everybody and somebody for every house. Our job is not to convince you to buy or not buy a house, but to give you an unbiased evaluation of its condition, helping you decide if it’s the right house for you.

Investment Property Inspections

Investors usually want to know what repairs are necessary to bring it to compliance so they can rent it or to fix it up and sell it within budget. Our job is not to convince them to buy or not buy a house, but to give them an unbiased evaluation of its condition, helping them decide if it’s the right investment for them.

Seller’s Inspections

Sellers often want to avoid surprises and last minute issues preventing a smooth transaction or even killing a sale. (Of course, you can take a chance that your buyers won’t hire us.)

Private Well Inspections

An evaluation of above ground components, observing functional flow, and ensuring the water is safe for human consumption. Inspection of the well system will not guarantee adequate water supply, determine the water table level, or future operation of your well. A general home inspection combined with well and septic inspection will approximate an expected average day’s water consumption. (Not including sprinkler systems or farm use.)

Free e-book on care and maintenance of your well.

Onsite Wastewater Treatment System Inspections (Septic)

We will evaluate accessible components and perform an operational load test by surcharging the septic tank with water, while observing the water level in the tank, making sure the water flows through the system to the final soil treatment area. We will check permits when available.

Termite Inspections

Because we’re not a Pest Control Inspector, we’ve made arrangements with local companies to provide you with termite inspections. (A Third Party Service)
